A. If the platform's review finds that the current project does not meet listing requirements, or if the project team stops operations, the token may be delisted to maintain a better trading experience for users.
Q. How will I be informed of a token delisting?
A. We notify users about token delisting through various channels, including official announcements, community announcements, emails, and others.
Before the delisting, users can still trade the token until trading is officially stopped.
Q. How to handle tokens that are about to be delisted?
A. If you hold a token that the platform has decided to delist, you need to take the following actions:
1. Stop depositing
If you continue to deposit after the deposit service is closed, you may incur unnecessary asset losses.
2. Sell the token
Check if the remaining balance of the delisted token in your spot account is available for trading. The minimum trade amount for spot trading is 10 USDT.
2.1 If the remaining balance of the delisted token ≥ minimum order size, please complete the trade as soon as possible.
2.2 If the remaining balance is < minimum order size, please contact customer support.
3. Withdraw the token
Check if the remaining balance of the delisted token in your spot account can be withdrawn.
3.1 If the remaining balance ≥ minimum withdrawal amount + withdrawal fee, please withdraw as soon as possible.
3.2 If the remaining balance < minimum withdrawal amount + withdrawal fee, withdrawal cannot be processed. Please trade according to the specific balance or contact customer support.
Q. Will I lose funds if I miss the token delisting announcement?
A.
1. If you do not sell or withdraw the token before it is delisted, the platform will attempt to recover your assets, but cannot guarantee asset recovery.
2. If you confirm with customer support that assets can be recovered, the user will bear the process handling fees and must provide the corresponding withdrawal address. The platform will not charge any additional fees.
3. The asset recovery process takes 7–10 working days. Please be patient, and we will notify you of the result as soon as possible via platform messages. Users must apply for token recovery within two months after delisting.
