1. Traders of XXKK must possess:
1. Proven professional trading strategies;
2. Excellent trading performance;
3. Strict risk control systems;
4. Familiarity with XXKK’s mission, vision, and values;
5. Familiarity with XXKK’s brand values;
6. Familiarity with XXKK’s product features;
7. Willingness to grow together with XXKK.
2. Code of Conduct
1. Traders must not make any negative or defamatory remarks that could damage the reputation of XXKK;
2. Traders must not make any profit promises to attract followers;
3. Traders should do their best to help their followers achieve profits while considering potential risks. Traders must not engage in fake trading to obtain higher returns or commissions;
4. Traders must not use high-risk, high-return trading strategies to avoid exposing followers to uncontrollable risks;
5. Traders are prohibited from any malicious behavior related to orders, including situations where orders result in losses for more than five consecutive days without closing positions, causing significant losses to users;
6. Traders are forbidden from using multiple accounts for self-matching orders. Once discovered, the relevant users will be permanently disqualified from initiating copy trading;
7. Traders must not engage in malicious operations, including but not limited to participating in fake trades to artificially increase the number of followers or raise followers’ investment amounts. If such behavior is found, the trader’s account will be permanently disabled by the community;
8. If a trader’s behavior causes serious consequences, XXKK will intervene in the related trades. Additionally, XXKK reserves the right to revoke the trader’s status and terminate their account.
3. Penalty Rules
1. For minor violations, XXKK will issue a formal warning via email, SMS, or other means;
2. For moderate violations, the trader’s profit-sharing ratio will be reduced;
3. For severe violations, the trader’s copy trading profit-sharing income will be confiscated;
4. For red-line violations, once confirmed, the trader will be disqualified and their account suspended;
