If you encounter the following order-related issues during trading, please follow the instructions below:
1. Order Not Executing
Please check your order price. If the price you entered is too high or too low compared to the market price, there may be no matching orders to execute your order.
Your order will remain in the order book and be in a waiting state for execution.
If you want your order to execute quickly, you may consider canceling the order and resetting the price. Alternatively, you can use a market order to buy or sell.
2. Order Rejected
To prevent market manipulation and protect traders' interests, the platform has set the following execution limits for spot trading orders:
Market orders will only match with the top ten best buy/sell orders in the order book.
Any orders exceeding this execution limit will be rejected.
3. Other Order Issues
If you encounter other order issues, please log in to your account, contact customer support, or send an email to service@xxkk.com, and provide any relevant screenshots of the issue or error. We will address it as soon as possible.
