1. Prohibition of Paid Advertising
Agents are prohibited from placing paid advertisements using XXKK-related brand keywords on social media or advertising platforms. In particular, impersonating XXKK as the official entity or making any misleading representations is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, placing paid advertisements using keywords such as “XXKK,” “XXKK Login,” “XXKK Official,” and “XXKK Referral” on search engines or social media platforms including Google, Facebook, TikTok, X, Bing, Yahoo, and Yandex.
2. Prohibition of Creating Similar Websites
Agents are not allowed to create third-party websites similar to XXKK or websites that guide users to download related content. This includes, but is not limited to: pages that closely resemble the official XXKK website homepage; phishing websites with domain names highly similar to the official XXKK website (https://www.XXKK.com/) and likely to cause confusion; websites containing a large number of clickable XXKK logos.
3. Restricted Region Promotion Ban
In regions where XXKK services are restricted, agents are prohibited from displaying or publishing any XXKK promotional links or content on public social platforms. For specific details, please refer to the User Agreement.
4. Prohibition of Using Similar Social Media Accounts
Agents are not permitted to use social media accounts similar to XXKK for promotional purposes, including but not limited to platforms such as X, Facebook, YouTube, Bilibili, and Xiaohongshu.
5. Prohibition of Impersonating Official Identity
Agents must not send invitation emails or text messages under the name or identity of XXKK as an official entity.
6. Prohibition of Harmful Conduct
Partner agents must not engage in any actions that damage, defame, or otherwise adversely affect XXKK. If an agent violates any of the above provisions, XXKK reserves the right to revoke the agent’s qualification and commission eligibility at any time, place the agent on a blacklist, and terminate any future cooperation.
