1. The cryptocurrency requires a Tag (such as XRP, EOS, etc.), but the Tag was not provided.
2. The blockchain transaction has not been completed.

Before the platform can assist with resolving your deposit issue, we recommend that you confirm the following:
1. Please make sure that you logged into your platform account to obtain the most recent deposit address before making the transfer, and that the transfer amount is greater than the platform’s minimum deposit requirement.
2. Check the status of the transaction on the platform from which you made the deposit. If the status is not "Completed" or "Successful", we recommend contacting the other platform.
3. Ensure that the transfer has been confirmed or marked as successful on the blockchain.
