If you have deposited the wrong cryptocurrency to the platform's address, please be aware of the following:
1. If the user’s mistake leads to a deposit being made to the wrong address, asset recovery services are generally not provided.
2. To minimize the significant loss caused by user error, the platform will assist you in recovering the assets within a certain scope. However, since asset recovery requires considerable human resources, time, and risk control costs, we may need technical personnel to perform complex technical operations, such as importing and exporting wallet software. The entire process may take more than a month.
3. Please provide the following information: the issue you encountered, your account, the wrong cryptocurrency deposited, the address, the amount, TXID, and a screenshot showing the deposit details.
4. Submit the required information to online customer service. After confirming your situation, we will have the relevant personnel assess whether recovery is possible. If eligible, we will notify you of the miner fee required for asset recovery to be sent to the platform address, and you will need to contact online customer service once completed.
